- Provide raw material information and pricing
- Source shrimp and other seafood for international markets as per global standards
- Negotiate prices on behalf of customers and guide buying strategies
- Conduct organoleptic inspection as per product specifications based on international standards
- Monitor sampling and analysis of microbiological, chemical, and antibiotic reports of each shrimp batch under process to ensure safe and unadulterated food supply
